Hearing - Proposed acquisition of tracts of land, known as the West
Ward School property, to be used for land banking and located in Red
Willow County, Nebraska, described as follows:
Tract
1: All of Block 7, Sixth Addition to the City of McCook,
together with the east half of the vacated alley in said Block
adjacent to said property
AND
Tract
2: Situated upon and
being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 29 West of the 6th
P.M., Red Willow County, Nebraska together with a strip 10 feet in
width, that being a vacated alley.

and authorize the Mayor to sign, Resolution No. 2008-01 approving the
terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement with Option between the
City of McCook and Jon Morrison for the purchase
of a tract of land located in Block 7, Sixth Addition to the
City of McCook and a miscellaneous tract located in the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 3 North,
Range 29 West of the 6th P.M., Red Willow County, Nebraska;
and the vacated alley located between these two tracts of land; total
purchase price of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). |

23, 2008 with an alternate date of March 1, 2008. |
