the use of a fire truck for Santa’s transportation in the parade at
5:30 P.M. |

Street between Norris Avenue and 1st Street West from 2:00
P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on December 1, 2007 to serve a
variety of "wintry" treats at this location in conjunction
with the annual Christmas Light Parade. |
