the minutes of the February 18, 2008 regular City Council meeting. |

Resolution No. 2008-03 adopting and approving the execution of an
Agency Agreement with the Department of Aeronautics of the State of
Nebraska for project No. L02 to be submitted by the Department to the
Federal Aviation Administration to obtain Federal assistance for the
development of the Airport by acquiring easements for McCook Regional
Airport and authorize the Mayor to sign. |

Non-exclusive Franchise to Great Plains Cable Television, Inc., a
corporation, to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television
system in the City of McCook, Nebraska, setting forth conditions
accompanying the Grant of Franchise providing for city regulation and
use of the cable television system |

Direct City Staff to
hire Industrial Process Technology, Inc. of Mitchell, South Dakota to
complete maintenance, rehabilitation, and repairs to the sludge heat
exchanger and replace the weirs and baffles on three (3) of the
clarifiers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. |
