Fringe Districts, providing for the adoption of the US Department of
Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management (FEMA) recently
revised Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and the Flood Insurance Rate Map
(FIRM) dated February 4, 2009, upon its second reading. |

Ordinance No. 2009-2822 amending Chapter 9, Article 8, Section 801,
Unsafe Buildings: Definition, of the McCook Municipal Code; adding to
the definition a structure which is fifty percent (50%) damaged,
decayed, or deteriorated from its original condition, upon its second
reading. |

Introduce and
approve upon its first reading Ordinance No. 200-2823 amending
Chapter, 9, Article 8, Section 801, Unsafe Buildings:
Determination and Notice, of the McCook Municipal Code; adding
standards to determine whether an unsafe building or public nuisance
shall be repaired, altered, rehabilitated, demolished or removed. |

Approve the Letter
of Intent with the McCook Economic Development Corporation reaffirming
the City of McCook’s commitment to use Tax Increment Financing for
the development of the Keystone Business Center. |

NO. 10 |
Adopt Resolution No.
2009-04 authorizing the issuance of Economic Development Fund Bonds of
the City of McCook, Nebraska, in the principal amount of up to One
Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($1,150,000) for the
purpose of funding the City of McCook Economic Development Program as
established by Ordinance of the City; prescribing the form of said
bonds; providing for the pledging of Sales Tax Collections received
for said program into the Economic Development Fund of the City of
McCook for the payment of principal and interest on said bonds;
providing for a Reserve; providing for the holding and application of
proceeds; providing for the sale of the Bonds; providing for the
application of the proceeds of said bonds; and authorizing the
delivery of the Bonds to the Purchaser. |
