and authorize the Mayor to sign the Nebraska Department of Health and
Human Services contract for congregate meals, home delivered meals,
and transportation services for persons under 60 years of age and over
60 years of age. |

Recommend approval
to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission the Application for
Manager submitted by Heritage Hills Golf, Inc., dba "Heritage Hills
Golf Course", located at 6000 Clubhouse Drive, which holds
License #10450, the applicant being Ronald Cash. |

Deny payment of the
claim from Dennis Irwin for $50.00, based on the findings that no
damage occurred to the plumbing or property from the discolored water. |
