Gonzales for $1,500.00 upon its third and final reading. |

election on November 6, 2007 for the purpose of consideration of
continuing the 1% Sales and Use Tax and initiating an additional
½% Sales and Use Tax for the purpose of additional City-wide projects
and Economic Development. |

Executive session for a strategy
session with respect to potential litigation - constitutionality of
Nebraska Legislatures’s LB 701 taxing proposal. |
