Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of McCook will hold a public hearing on a redevelopment plan amendment for the real estate described in this notice, pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.
The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at McCook Municipal Center located at 505 West C Street, in McCook, Nebraska, on the 20th day of November, 2017, at the hour of 6:30 p.m.
The property affected by this notice is described as follows:
Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3, of Block 1, (and West 8 1/2 Street), Clary Subdivision Replat No. 2, City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska, recorded May 1, 2015 as Plat Instrument 2015-00661, superseding the replat of Lot 2A, Block 1 of the Administrative Lot Line Adjustment Correction recorded March 17, 2015 as Instrument #2014-02224.
A copy of the proposed plan amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The plan amendment provides for the removal of a portion of the above real estate from the division of taxes for payment of a previously issued tax increment development revenue bond.
All interested parties shall be afforded at such public hearing a reasonable opportunity to express their views respecting the proposed redevelopment plan.
