Darcy is the only councilmember not originally from McCook. Rambali emigrated from Georgetown, Guyana, in South America with his family in 1981. He graduated from high school in 1989 and joined the Army. After serving for 20 years in the Army, Rambali retired from the military and moved to McCook in 2009.
Darcy and his wife Travi have been married for 30 years and have four grown children. He worked for GoLight for 10 years, contracted for FedEx Ground, and is currently employed at Heritage Hills Golf Course in McCook.
He moved to the City of McCook because it has a great family atmosphere.
