The City of McCook Water Department will be performing necessary upgrades to the electronics at the Water Treatment Facility from April 18th through April 20th. During this time the Treatment Facility will be run manually by staff. The Water Department is requesting cooperation with the water users in McCook in limiting the amount of water used. The Water Department is requesting all outdoor watering cease for the planned 3 day period. This will take the burden off the main booster pumps, the treatment plant, and the wells that will be running during this time. The city will keep citizens posted on the project and possible schedule changes. Thank you for your cooperation!
